A: Each class price varies on its level of intensity and availability. Make sure to check the specific class/event page for all the information. We want our training to be as affordable as possible, so we do everything we can to keep our overheads low and pass those savings directly on to you. A majority of the tuition goes directly towards covering the expenses of the workshop you attend: purchasing supplies, insurance, paying the experts, and renting specialized facilities for training. It also helps us develop new training for future workshops, and keep the business running.
A: Unfortunately, due to the specialized nature of the courses and all the planning that has to occur, we cannot offer refunds. If you do have to cancel, we can, with proper advance notice, offer you credit toward a future class. Cancellations that occur within one (1) week of an event are non-refundable/exchangeable.
A: Yes! We’ve got extensive media experience and are always interested in opportunities to create exciting training programs, obstacle courses, and challenge events. Send us a message with your information and we’ll contact you with ideas.
A: We tweak the program as we go, improving it and trying different exercises so the list changes. We’ll always let you know what to expect from any specific workshop. For our current class schedule, click here.
A: One of our tenets at Level Up is that everyone must move through life in their own way. It’s obvious that each one of us is different, with different skills sets, body types, and personalities, making it unrealistic to assume that everyone will excel at the same things. So while our programs can be physically demanding, we do our best to make it fully scaleable to whatever your abilities are.
A: Our instructors change depending on the skills we’re including in a specific workshop. It takes 10,000 hours of practice before someone becomes an expert at a given skill and so we look for specialists in different disciplines to provide you with the greatest amount of combined experience. If you have an interesting specialty yourself and are interested in developing a workshop with us, send us an e-mail!
